Matching: the best way to find your ideal candidate
You’re probably wondering what this Matching thing is. Wondering if its related to Tinder… Well, that’s something similar… more or less! 🙆♀️
Someone from the company (you, or whoever you want) will receive an email with the active profiles open to a job change that we have fallen in love with. These profiles will be blind and with their respective tech and soft skills reports, evaluated and elaborated by GetWith, of course. The idea is to connect great opportunities with great tech professionals and if the desired match arises, to put both parties in contact with each other to start the selection process 🔥.
So, once you’ve signed up and received our -fabulous- emails, all you have to do is select the candidates you’re interested in and we’ll put you in touch with him/her. Easy peasy, isn’t it?
What information do you have about the candidates?
Our candidates undergo an interview with our recruitment team, so we get to know their soft skills better (what stacks they control, language skills, what they are looking for and other insights). In addition, more and more candidates are doing one of our Technical Challenges, so we can extract a detailed report with their level of programming for a given language or framework 💣
In short: Once you tell us the stack on which you want to receive candidates, we will send you the candidates that match your requests 😏
What do you gain with the Matching service
It makes your life easier, literally:
- You receive recurring profiles in your mailbox.
- All profiles are validated by us (tech and/or soft skills), so part of the filtering is already done and you only have to check that they match what you are looking for.
