Many of us have forgotten Infojobs when it comes to posting vacancies and looking for professionals for technological and / or digital environments, but take note, this platform can get us out of more than one tight spot!!
How many times have you felt helpless because you do not find the profile you are looking for, nobody answers you or everything is negative?
Well, we must not give up, although it may seem a lie, Infojobs can save your life at a specific moment. If you do not have one of the most advanced premium accounts of Linkedin, you already know that you cannot see who is in active search … It is here when this classic Spanish job search appears and gives you a helping hand
If you have an Infojobs business account, you can go to the CV’s database and perform a search with the skills you need. Here is one of the great advantages that I find: you can see when was the last day of connection of the candidate in question.
But, why does a technological profile enter Infojobs?
- They have received a notification email with the new offers according to their profile and something has caught their attention.
- They simply wanted to check to see if there is something interesting
- They wanted to update their profile … (weird, but it can be!)
Eureka! if someone has entered this job pool because they have seen a striking offer or simply because they wanted to look for new opportunities, it is the ideal time to interact with him/her as the percentage of feedback on their part grows exponentially and they may value a change.
You will see that the profiles are “layered” unless they have applied to one of your vacancies (if you have published something in the last 12 months). Still, we can find the profile!
In Infojobs, the companies in which the candidate has worked are public in their profile, so if you go to Linkedin and put the different names of the companies, you have many numbers to find it. Also, Infojobs also tells you the first initial of the first and last name, so you can deduce who it is 😉
Obviously it does not always work, but it has sometimes saved my life. Let’s keep in mind the range of tools we have at our disposal and let’s take the best out of each of them to optimize processes.
