We are trying to drive change into the tech hiring process by offering a cool and engaging candidate experience while helping companies to manage their time and recruitment efforts effectively.
Rviewer presents a smart web platform that lets companies evaluate their candidates' or teams' tech skills.
The original seed is the GetWith project, where our founders had a very special mission in mind: offering an IT career placement service where developers cound find exciting roles at stellar companies. How? Rehumanizing the IT recruitment: People go first!
After a few years, in fact being in the middle of the f**** COVID-19 pandemic, we decide to solve a BIG pain point that many IT hiring processes and candidates' experience had: the tech challenges. We began building Rviewer, a tech-based platform to help developers and companies. And our family started growing as crazy!

You will be working with:
- Izan Forca. Head of the team and the person in charge of strategy, task prioritization, validation of hypotheses... and a bit of everything!
- Nerea Montori. Content Strategist and owner of all the communications. She manages our SM, communications content... and does a bit of everything.
- Víctor Balcells. SEO specialist, in charge of web positioning, blog management... and he does a bit of everything!
The project 🌱
Throughout 2021, we have been developing our Rviewer platform and validating functionalities with our customers (companies). Thanks to this, we now have a platform that is used day-to-day by our team and customers.
Our current goal is to focus on growing our community of developers, providing value to them through technical validation of their skills and the access to personalized and really attractive job offers that match their profile.
Your mission 👀
We are looking for a junior profile to join our marketing team as an intern and help us manage all social networks and generate campaigns to grow our community of developers. This will be your mission 👇🏽
❇️Support marketing campaign planning and execution.
❇️Manage the day-to-day management of social media.
❇️Write copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral. ❇️Assist and collaborate in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels.
❇️Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions.
❇️Take part in the creation and implementation of marketing validation experiments.
❇️Measure and report the results of marketing initiatives.
What we expect from you 🏅
✔️Passion, knowledge and being up-to-date with social media. (Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn above all)
✔️Proficiency in social media and hashtags management and monitoring tools.
✔️Experience in managing the social media of another company or entity will be a plus.
✔️You're a quick learner and sharp thinker. You can understand different business models and workflows quickly. You have a good sense of organization and can provide solutions to problems.
✔️You are strong at prioritizing on a low effort / high return scale
✔️You are a results-oriented person with the ability to learn quickly.
✔️You are proactive with a positive attitude and take full ownership of your responsibilities
✔️Advanced level of spoken and written English.✔
