After a few years of being an active player in the IT recruitment world, Rviewer has born! We are trying to drive change into the tech hiring process by offering a cool and engaging candidate experience while helping companies to manage their time and recruitment efforts effectively.
Rviewer presents a smart web platform that lets companies evaluate their candidates' or teams' tech skills.
The original seed is the GetWith project, our founders had a very special mission in mind: offering an IT career placement service that finds developers exciting roles at stellar companies that change their lives forever. How? Rehumanizing the IT recruitment: People go first!
After a few years, being in the middle of a pandemic, and gathering all the learnings and feedback from candidates and companies, we decide to solve a BIG pain point that many IT hiring processes and candidates' experience had: the tech challenges. We began building Rviewer, a pure tech-based platform to help developers and companies. And our family started growing as crazy!

You will be the first rockstar SDR to join the Growth team and you will become the engine for the outbound role. Our mission is to accelerate growth and customer value through operational excellence and strategic partnerships.
</> Engaging in daily business-to-business communication to prospective to introduce Rviewer Platform.
</> Developing and executing sales and growth strategies.
</> Qualifying and developing leads through strong communication and discovery.
</> Building collaborative relationships with the rest of the Sales Team where you all strive to win for our project.
</> Focusing on building relationships internally with other teams, our leads and future customers.
</> Becoming a product and market specialist by listening and acquiring a deep understanding of the hiring tech challenges.
</> Maximizing your own personal development through 1to1 coaching sessions with your leads and your wider team.
</> Being a key and proactive individual contributor to the whole project. Taking intelligent risks and helping to identify inefficiencies and improve our process.
</> Ensuring you keep rviewers' core values when interacting with our prospects, leads and customers.
