Expertise in multiple programming languages, preferably Java/Kotlin and Python.  

Familiarity with multiple languages and frameworks.

Familiarity with software architecture concepts.  

Ability to make and explain technical decisions.  

Fluency in English.  

Great if you are proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.  

Nice to have experience with Kafka deployments.  

You have experience working with data and machine learning models (deploying them, visualizing them, monitoring them, etc.) and  with Video (encoding, serving, streaming, etc.).  

Marvelous if you have experience with Docker and Kubernetes and with CI/CD and DevOps.  

Super if you have experience as mentor or tech lead.
