Expertise in JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks preferably React. 

Ability to develop performant, reusable components. 

Writing clean code with unit tests and integration tests. 

Experience in Agile project management. 

Familiarity with software architecture concepts. 

Ability to make and explain technical decisions. 

Fluency in English. 

Great if you have experience with TypeScript and use of test-driven development. 

Nice to have experience with Native or Hybrid programming. 

You have experience working with data visualization and with video in the front-end. 

You have expertise in responsive web design. 

Super if you have experience as mentor or tech lead.
