They help both parties manage their administrative, legal, and payment processes in a safe and secure way. They have worked with more than 170,000 freelancers and 90,000 clients, becoming the leading marketplace for digital talents.
Company/team
You will work with a multicultural team of 160 people - and growing- based in Paris, Lyon, Madrid, Munich and Berlin. In Madrid there are 10 in the sales team: 1 Key Account Manager and 9 Account Managers.
Career path
From the beginning, you will learn about their product, people and culture before diving into your new role with your team. Later, you can expect to acquire responsibilities as KAM working with the sales team.
Your mission 🚀
Position itself as a digital transformation consultant and trusted advisor.
Manage large accounts and will actively seek new clients, helping them understand the value of working with freelancers.
Develop a strategic approach to identify and prospect new customers.
Working as a team to develop the business in Spain, sharing best practices with each other and the team in Paris.
Prospecting and developing a portfolio of large accounts with a "solution selling" mindset, achieving (and exceeding) the targets in terms of sales and quality KPIs.
Using their sales stack (apollo/custom made CRM/LinkedIn Sales Navigator/Custom bots etc.) to structure your approach and increase your efficiency.
Using feedback from the market and your customers to share feedback with the marketing and product teams to continuously evolve the product.

If this is you – holy cow! 🐄
Educated to degree level, with 3 - 5 years of experience in a commercial B2B role.
Experienced in the world of recruitment (Staffing or SSII) or digital, SaaS, IT & Services.
Strong "hunting" ability to develop a customer portfolio, increasing conversion and repeat rates.
Excellent interpersonal skills, curious with intellectual agility.
Ability to understand the issues and objectives given by customers to offer the best approach.
Strong ability to negotiate, forecast sales, speed of execution and organization.
Team spirit is a must.
Totally fluent in Spanish (native level) and fluent in English.
