We are trying to drive change into the tech hiring process by offering a cool and engaging candidate experience while helping companies to manage their time and recruitment efforts effectively.
Rviewer presents a smart web platform that lets companies evaluate their candidates' or teams' tech skills.
The original seed is the GetWith project, where our founders had a very special mission in mind: offering an IT career placement service where developers could find exciting roles at stellar companies. How? Rehumanizing the IT recruitment: People go first!
After a few years, in fact, being in the middle of the f**** COVID-19 pandemic, we decide to solve a BIG pain point that many IT hiring processes and candidates' experience had: the tech challenges. We began building Rviewer, a tech-based platform to help developers and companies. And our family started growing crazy!
We have launch Rviewer 6 months ago, and after that, we have a more clear (and, yep, validated) idea about how Rviewer should be. So now it's time to hit the gas to be closer to the Product Market Fit! 🥳
Nowadays, we already have multiple clients using our platform, so we are looking for new members who help us to develop new features, but also research and improve our value proposition with new ideas.
One of the main key points from the next few months will be to improve our technical report (understanding what KPIs should be the best, how is the best way to measure them, etc...) but also launch and improve our Challenge Library.

You will be work with:
Carles García. Senior developer and the Rockstar of the team, he is dealing with the whole development of the product!
Floreal Pecino. Senior UX Researcher and PM of the team, he is dealing with the product strategy!
Mauro Gomez. CTO & Co-Founder. He is disturbing the team with random inputs & ideas!

Middle full-stack developer who helps us to launch new features and technical challenges in our product
🤺 Work environment
As we are still in an early stage, we have some foundations to be developed and defined
We are working with OKRs in order to keep a clear objective and try not to disturb our day-to-day the chaos 🙂
As a Product Development team, we have a business-oriented mindset. Our technical and product decisions are always based on how much could impact the users
As a team, all of us are involved in the Product roadmap decisions, determining which ideas would have more impact and what should the next steps be
🔎 How is going to be your day to day
We are looking for a person who could help us to validate and developing the first stages of a new engine to evaluate candidates
You will be working closely with Product & Sales team in order to define experiments, hypothesis and validations to iterate and improve our evaluation
As we are trying to standardize, in some way, the technical challenges, you would take part in defining KPIs, how we would obtain them and how they work from the company side
Assist the team in implementing some tools which help to improve the evaluation process and reduce the evaluation time
Good communication skills. We help other people, we need to understand their needs and empathize with them
💻 Software Development skills:
At least 5 years of experience
Software Engineering principles: have a clear knowledge about design patterns, clean code, etc... help us to understand better what's important in a good Software Developer candidate and how we should evaluate them
Experience developing MVP products and prioritizing outcome vs output
😇 Nice to have:
Some experience using tools like Sonarqube, Codacy, Code Climate, etc... would be awesome!
If you have hired developers, evaluating them, optimizing processes and know how pains would have a hiring process, will be a plus!
Experience doing training, recording videos or teaching/mentoring another developer will be cool!
🚆 Hiring process
1- Phone call with our internal team ~30 min
Objectives: Understand better your profile (soft skills and cultural fit) + Explain you better about us and align the expectations
2- Product Development Team call ~60 min
Objectives: Understand better how you work in a product development environment
3. Technical interview ~75 min
As one of our main tasks is to understand the knowledge of a candidate through a challenge. We will send you a fake resolution of a challenge expecting to see your feedback about that + We will have a call to discuss that to understand your feedback better and how you solve it
4- Company interview ~45 min
Objective: Meet some different team members from other departments + Cultural fit (both sides)
