Now, the time has come!
We started 2018 with great enthusiasm and with a great project that we had been “cooking” for a long time and that today we want to share with all of you.
What leads us to start this new adventure?
After many years immersed in the ” IT recruitment ” sector, having collaborated with countless companies and interviewed hundreds of people, we have come to the conclusion that it needs an urgent change.
The shortage of talent and its high demand, the strong competition in the world of recruitment and the pressure of consultants to meet objectives, have caused a distortion of what this activity really implies and the value it provides if the work is done well.
We are tired of seeing professionals from the world of recruitment that deceive candidates:
- “We will save your CV and we will keep it in our portfolio for upcoming vacancies”
- “In two weeks we tell you something”
- “We love your CV, but …”
- “We offer very good benefits”
In GetWith we want to be transparent: to inform from the beginning who our client is, what is the salary range for that vacancy, what role they would exercise and how the candidacy evolves. We want to create a bond of trust, lasting, and that they count on us whenever they look for a new challenge.
It’s simple, but it seems that it’s usually hard to do it: “Treat others the way you would like them to treat you.”
With regard to companies, we believe that to achieve success in a recruitment process you must understand their corporate culture, their values and exhaustively meet the requirements they need. However, at present, it seems that with a call from the recruiter or a simple meeting with the client it is enough to understand their needs, and so they go !: many candidates, little affinity and a great deal of time wasted… total , the only thing that matters is invoicing!
Our goal is to work exclusively with companies that are in tune with us at the level of values, that care for their teams and with whom there may be a one-to-one deal; this way we can adapt to the maximum and achieve a high cultural and technical fit.
As the great guru “Steve Jobs” said:
Quality is more important than quantity.
We want to be an extension of our “partners”, being able to create more productive teams and help them to have a sustainable growth.
Another challenge that has led us here is to be able to offer unique experiences to companies and professionals alike. We run in the opposite direction from the way of working of the big traditional consultancies: standardized and inefficient processes, slow changes and obsolete databases. We are lovers of continuous innovation and new methodologies that allow you to be more competitive, and for this reason, we implement gamification techniques in some processes and use very innovative tools for daily management.
Also note that we designed personalized “welcome kits” for “the special one” (the chosen ones) and that for each completed process we allocate a small percentage to a charitable cause of local character, trying to create awareness and linking our clients with these associations.
This is just the beginning of a long journey; we hope to live many experiences with you, exchange impressions, add value, learn and above all demonstrate that recruitment in the technological field is a key activity for digital transformation and the success of companies. We want to thank our relatives, friends, colleagues, companies, professionals and all those who in some way have allowed us to get here.
